Located on the historic grounds of the former station of the Galway Clifden railway, opened in 1895, our project transforms the ground floor of Clifden Station House into an inviting, contemporary gathering space, while honouring its storied past. Team at Studio Duffy transformed the exterior façade, reception, dining, and bar area into a more open, welcoming and connected space. The remodel enhances circulation, increases seating capacity, and creates a seamless flow between key guest areas – inviting guests to enjoy a brighter, more social, and connected atmosphere.
