The project introduces a contemporary aesthetic with a set-back first-floor volume clad in a distinctive perforated mesh, giving the façade a dynamic, modern expression. The ground floor features expansive glazing framed in dark burnt brick, enhanced by carefully composed hard and soft landscaping that complements the surrounding retail park.

The development comprises a two-storey retail unit with a gross floor area of 622 sqm and a maximum height of 7.75 m. The design includes selective removal of an existing sound barrier and boundary trees, alongside comprehensive site works for landscaping, drainage, water supply, and other associated below- and above-ground infrastructure.

As part of the wider site enhancement we redesigned the carpark layout, with a rebrand of the signage throughout, including new pedestrian gateway entrances.
